| Consider the well known Bible story of "Daniel in
the Lion's Den", found in Daniel chapter 6.
Write a series of discussion questions for each of:
 | The Hook -- an
attention getting activity |
| The Book -- questions
which get at the facts of the story |
| The Look -- questions
which apply the facts and give us principles by which to live |
| The Took -- specific
actions that learners will do because they apply the truth of the
lesson |
Write these up and show them to a fellow teacher or
staff member of your church and consider their comments. Ask for
pointers on what you could do better.
