"Call on ME!"

Our class has almost the opposite problem ... one or two people always talk

How can you get a particular person to not be the one with their hand in the air ...  to let them allow others to participate?

Write down your ideas, then look at some possible answers below

Getting someone to let others participate:

Talk to them alone, ask them to help you help others participate

Ask for responses from different groups within the class (front row, men, grandparents, people with blue eyes ...)

Use small groups to respond (neighbor nudge, etc.)
