The Importance of Participation

Research shows that  people remember more of what they say than what they hear.

People remember more of what they discover for themselves

We want to ask questions which spark participation because:

It will foster discovery

When they say out loud what they have thought, they will remember the concept

And if they remember it, they will be more likely to apply it
